At Boondai, we stand by the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free warranty and refund policy.

If you have any issues with shipping or product and are frustrated, please contact us and our team will assist you immediately. Please email us for the return form. We cannot accept returns without a return receipt.

1. how long can i return a product?

You have 30 days to return a product after receiving your order from the supplier. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after they are placed.

However, to get a free return shipping label, you have to let us know within 14 days of recieving your package about your decision to return. Failure to do so, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

2. how long will it take to get my money back?

Once we have received the returned products, inspected them and confirmed that they have not been opened, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Customers must contact us after returning the package and provide us with the track & trace information so that we can process the refund.

Please note: Most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund.

 

3. Can I return my product without contacting you?


To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the product to us, as the return address may be different from the address you originally received your order from.

5. Why can't beauty and health products be returned?


A list of hygiene items that cannot be returned and refunded (the list is not exhaustive): Underwear, bikini, makeup, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and for the safety of our customers, do not allow the return of beauty and health products. We are not alone in this. Other beauty and health product suppliers do not allow returns for the same reasons.

In general, products cannot be returned if any of the following conditions apply:
the buyer has repaired and/or modified the delivered products himself or has had them repaired and/or modified by a third party;
the delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or otherwise treated negligently or contrary to the instructions of the intermediary and/or the packaging;
the defect is wholly or partly the result of regulations relating to the nature or quality of the materials used, issued or to be issued by the Government;
Hygiene products are not returnable and refundable, certainly not with current COVID-19 measures.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet our guidelines or are outside the specified time frame.
